[目的]探讨新生儿泪囊炎综合治疗的临床效果。[方法]选择2008年10月~2009年7月在某院眼科门诊确诊的新生儿泪囊炎患儿104例,共124只眼,采用挤压按摩泪囊、冲洗泪道、泪道探通的综合疗法治疗,观察疗效及并发症。[结果]30只眼经挤压按摩泪囊而通畅,23只眼经泪道加压冲洗治愈,66只眼经泪道探通治愈,总体治愈率为96.0%;年龄在3个月以内的患儿挤压按摩泪囊治愈率为38.8%,3个月以上的治愈率为14.7%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),6个月以内的患儿加压冲洗或泪道探通治愈率为98.0%,6个月以上的治愈率为86.0%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);本组患儿未出现呛咳、窒息以及泪小管撕裂等情况,仅有1例患儿1只眼在泪道探通时出现假道,但重行泪道探通后治愈,另有1例患儿在拔针后鼻孔有少量出血,在数分钟后自行停止。[结论]综合疗法治疗新生儿泪囊炎安全有效,适宜在临床更多应用。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis. [Methods] A total of 104 children with neonatal dacryocystitis diagnosed in a hospital ophthalmology clinic from October 2008 to July 2009 were selected. 124 eyes were treated with compression massage of the lacrimal sac, irrigation of the lacrimal duct, exploration of the lacrimal duct Comprehensive treatment of therapies to observe the efficacy and complications. The overall cure rate was 96.0%. The age within 3 months The cure rate of children’s crush and massage lacrimal sac was 38.8%, the cure rate of 3 months or more was 14.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the pressure flush or lacrimal duct exploration within 6 months The cure rate was 98.0%. The cure rate over 6 months was 86.0%, with significant difference (P <0.05). There was no cough, asphyxia and tear tube tear in this group, only 1 case One child in the lacrimal duct probing probation appeared, but the line after the resumption of lacrimal duct heal, and another case of a child after needle pull a small amount of bleeding in the nostrils, stop themselves after a few minutes. [Conclusion] Comprehensive treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis safe and effective, suitable for more clinical applications.
