目的识别某成品管道工程项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出补充措施及建议。方法采用调查法、检查表法、职业病危害因素检测法进行分析与评价。结果该工程存在的职业病危害因素为溶剂汽油、柴油、噪声、高温、低温、工频电场。首站主输泵区定点噪声检测最大值为103.7dB(A),首站副操个体噪声检测最大值为85.6 dB(A),超过85 dB(A);分输站1至末站站控室照度低于300 lx(标准值)。结论现有职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,对个别定点和个体噪声超标情况,仍需加强职工个体防护和职业健康监护,提高照度不达标的站控室照度。
Objective To identify the potential hazards of occupational diseases in a finished pipeline project, analyze the degree of harm, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and propose supplementary measures and suggestions. Methods The methods of investigation, checklist and occupational hazards were analyzed and evaluated. Results The occupational hazards that exist in this project are solvent gasoline, diesel oil, noise, high temperature, low temperature and power frequency electric field. The maximum value of the fixed point noise of the main pump station in the first station was 103.7dB (A), and the maximum value of the individual noise test of the main station in the first station was 85.6 dB (A) and exceeded 85 dB (A). From station 1 to the terminal station control room Illumination below 300 lx (standard value). Conclusion The existing protective measures against occupational hazards are feasible and effective. For the case of excessive noise of individual fixed points and individuals, the individual protection and occupational health monitoring of workers still needs to be strengthened, and the illuminance of station control room with unsatisfactory illumination intensity should be raised.
