相对于那些以女性身体介入社会批判的女性主义艺术,中国女画家的艺术追求似乎是淡漠性别的。她们总是从人性的角度来表达她们对于这个社会的关切,她们在反应社会冷暖、体察民生状况、给予精神慰藉上,从来就不因性别而显示差异。如果女性艺术是个已存的文化概念,那一定是有关母性的、表达了人性温暖的一种审美意象。这就是我们在当代中国女画家国画作品展中获得的深刻印象。不断改变本体面貌、提升媒介语言表现力和逐渐拉近与当代视觉经验距离的水彩
The artistic pursuit of Chinese female painters seems to be indifferent to those of feminist art that involve female bodies in social critiques. They always expressed their concerns about this society from the perspective of human nature. They never showed any difference in terms of their gender in response to the social warming, people’s livelihood, and spiritual comfort. If the art of women is a preserved concept of culture, it must be about maternity and expresses an aesthetic image of human warmth.
