采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板状电泳和琼脂糖凝胶板状电泳,研究不同生长发育期,不同组织、不同培养基或栽培条件,对双孢蘑菇8种同工酶和可溶性蛋白电泳表型的影响,发现酯酶、多酚氧化酶、细胞色素氧化酶、过氧化物酶、乙醇脱氢酶和可溶性蛋白的主要活性区带存在与否,在营养菌丝生长阶段或子实体发育阶段的相同组织中不受上述各因素的影响,并发现不同类型菌株的电泳表型具有不同的活性区带。把这类活性区带命名为标记区带。把这类活性区带命名为标记区带。以标记区带对同工酶表型进行分类,发现酯酶同工酶是双孢蘑菇生化鉴定或遗传分析的最适标记之一。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and plate agarose gel electrophoresis were used to study the electrophoresis phenotypes of 8 isozymes and soluble proteins of Agaricus bisporus under different growth and development stages, different tissues, different media or cultivation conditions. The main active bands of esterase, polyphenol oxidase, cytochrome oxidase, peroxidase, alcohol dehydrogenase and soluble protein were found to exist in the vegetative mycelium growth stage or the fruiting body development stage The same organization is not affected by the above factors, and found that different types of strains electrophoretic phenotypes have different active bands.
