跳高是越过垂直障碍的运动项目.目前中学体育教学大都是一、二年级学习跨越式,三年级以后学习俯卧式.跨越式较简单,这里重点介绍俯卧式的教法.俯卧式跳高由助跑、起跳、过杆和落地几部份动作组成,是一个完整体.教学中,应采取完整技术教学为主,完整与分解技术相结合的循序渐进的方法,酌情进行辅助练习和发展弹跳力的练习.为了更好地开展跳高教学活动,首先把俯卧式跳高的基本技术加以简单叙述.助跑一是为获得一定的水平速度,为有力的起跳和顺利地过杆创造条件.助跑的距离一般为6-8步或7-9步,助跑的方向与横杆垂直面所成角度约为25°-45°.因起跳脚各有不同,用左脚起跳的人,助跑是从横杆左侧助跑,用右脚起跳则反之.
