探讨表征岩石物理技术性质的计算指标的选择方法是现代工程地质学最主要的问题,因为它是这一门科学的基本任务之一——工程地质过程的定量评价。由于没有可靠的方法来研究这些过程的定量指标,所以并非经常能得出这种评价。而在选择计算指标方面情况也是如此。完全可以说,属于同一个部的领导水工建筑物的调查和设计的两个如此巨大的组织——水电设计院和水利设计院是采用着不同的选择计算指际的方法,同时在各个不同的调查阶段均采同样的方法。
It is the most important problem in the field of modern engineering geology to discuss the selection method of the calculation index for characterizing the nature of rock physics, because it is one of the basic tasks of this science—the quantitative evaluation of the engineering geology process. Because there is no reliable way to study the quantitative indicators of these processes, it is not always possible to derive such evaluations. This is also the case with the selection of calculation indicators. It can be said that the hydropower design institutes and the water conservancy design institutes are two such giant organizations that are responsible for the investigation and design of leading hydraulic structures in the same department. The same method is used for the investigation phase.
