目的 :评价直肠超声在前列腺癌术前分期中的价值。方法 :回顾性分析经病理证实的 15例前列腺癌的经直肠超声分期结果。结果 :经直肠超声对前列腺癌术前分期诊断的准确率为 73.3% ,对前列腺包膜受侵犯判断的准确率为 80 %。结论 :经直肠超声结合超声引导下的前列腺穿刺活检可对前列腺癌作出较为准确的术前分期 ,对前列腺癌术前分期有重要价值
Objective: To evaluate the value of transrectal ultrasound in preoperative staging of prostate cancer. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 15 cases of pathologically confirmed prostate cancer transrectal ultrasound staging results. Results: The accuracy of preoperative staging diagnosis of prostate cancer by transrectal ultrasound was 73.3%, and the accuracy rate of prostatic capsule invasion was 80%. Conclusion: Transrectal ultrasound combined with ultrasound-guided prostatic biopsy can make a more accurate preoperative staging of prostate cancer and has important value in preoperative staging of prostate cancer
