佛手茶又名香橼、雪梨,是我国特有的茶树良种,原产安溪,永春县早年引种繁育。 佛手系大型灌木,中芽种,分枝稀疏,枝条细软如蔓,披张到地,叶大,多为椭园形,主脉弯曲,叶面扭曲不平,开花少,不结实。佛手茶分红芽佛手与绿芽佛手两种,永春当前栽培以红芽佛手为主。
Bergamot, also known as Citron, Sydney, is China’s unique tea tree seed, native Anxi, Yongchun early introduction and breeding. The bergamot is a large shrub with medium sprouts and sparse branches. The branches are thin and soft, such as vine, draped to the ground, with large leaves and mostly oval-shaped branches.
