1998年12月9—11日,中国新时代质量体系认证中心现场审核组对兵器工业第213研究所的军品质量体系和民品质量体系分别进行了文件审查和现场审核,按照本所选定的质量保证模式,依据GJB/Z 9001及 GB/Z 19001对军、民用火工品的设计、开发、生产和服务进行了审核。通过文件审查和现场审核,审核组认为:第213所领导重视质量体系建设,职工质量意识强,所建立的文件化的质量体系,符合选定的质量保证体系模式,具有完成所定质量目标的能力,其质量体系运行正常、有效,在完成9个不合格项整改后,即可推荐注册。目前,该所已完成不合格项的整改,等待早日注册、取证。
On December 9-11, 1998, the on-site inspection team of the China New Era Quality System Certification Center conducted document review and on-site audit of the military product quality system and civilian quality system of the No. 213 Research Institute of Ordnance Industry, and selected the quality according to this Assurance mode, according to GJB/Z 9001 and GB/Z 19001, the design, development, production and service of military and civil explosives were reviewed. Through document review and on-site audit, the audit team believes that: Leaders of Section 213 attach great importance to the construction of quality systems and have a strong sense of quality of employees. The documented quality system established meets the selected quality assurance system model and has the ability to meet the established quality objectives. The quality system is operating normally and effective. After completing the nine unqualified items for rectification, registration can be recommended. At present, the institute has completed rectification of non-conformities and is waiting for an early registration and certification.
