一、20世纪中国水电建设的 巨大成就、困难和机遇 早在4000年前,炎黄子孙为了生存,就开始兴修水利,至春秋战国,水利工程建设的水平,已非常先进。至1949年新中国成立,水电装机也不过36万kW(未计台湾),居世界第20位。新中国成立50年来,尤其是改革开放20年来,水电有了突飞猛进的发展,但开发程度仍很低,还存在不少困难,也面临难得的机遇,21世纪还会有很大发展。
I. Great Achievements, Difficulty, and Opportunities for China’s Hydropower Construction in the 20th Century As early as 4,000 years ago, in order to survive, Yanhuang’s descendants began to build water conservancy projects, and to the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States, the level of water conservancy projects has advanced. Until the establishment of New China in 1949, hydropower installed capacity was only 360,000 kW (not counting Taiwan), ranking 20th in the world. In the 50 years since the founding of New China, and especially during the 20 years of reform and opening up, hydropower has witnessed rapid development. However, the level of development is still very low. There are still many difficulties and rare opportunities. There will be great development in the 21st century.
