腹腔镜对绝育术后并发症的诊治国内已有不少报道,但多侧重于诊断。本文以美国腹腔镜协作组制定的对腹腔内粘连情况的分级评分方法为依据,进行镜下分离及手术治疗,取得了较满意的疗效,现报道如下。
Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of postoperative complications of sterilization There have been many reports, but more emphasis on diagnosis. In this paper, the United States Laparoscopic Collaboration Group developed on the classification of intra-abdominal adhesion grading method based on microscopic separation and surgical treatment, and achieved satisfactory results, are reported below.
