在世界范围内民族主义第三次浪潮兴起的时代背景下,民族主义作为一种政治文化现象在我国具有重大的现实和理论意义。中国国内民族主义高涨有其历史和现实原因,存在着许多问题,对党的执政方略和执政能力提出了挑战。加快民族现代化理论建设,弘扬民族精神和提高驾驭民族问题的能力是新时期加强党的执政能力建设的一项重要内容,体现党的执政水平,关系到党的执政地位和民族复兴大业。
Against the backdrop of the rise of the third wave of nationalism in the world, nationalism as a political and cultural phenomenon has great realistic and theoretical significance in our country. The rise of China’s nationalism has its historical and realistic reasons. There are many problems that pose challenges to the party’s governing strategy and governing capability.
