目的 探讨肝细胞凋亡在丁型肝炎发病机制中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化双重染色和TUNEL技术 ,检测 79例丁肝病人肝组织HDAg和肝细胞凋亡分布及其关系 ,以 5 4例乙型肝炎病人肝组织作对照。结果 HDAg以肝细胞核表达为主 ,HDAg、凋亡细胞表达分布与肝组织病理损害程度一致 (P <0 .0 1)。多数凋亡细胞位于HDAg阳性部位或附近 ,肝细胞凋亡在各型肝炎中的分布强度差别有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1)。结论 HDAg表达与肝细胞凋亡分布之间有显著的相关性 ,肝细胞凋亡在丁型肝炎发病机制中可能有一定的重要作用
Objective To investigate the role of hepatocyte apoptosis in the pathogenesis of hepatitis type. Methods Immunohistochemical double staining and TUNEL technique were used to detect the distribution and relationship of HDAg and hepatocyte apoptosis in 79 liver tissues of patients with chronic hepatitis B and 54 liver tissues of patients with hepatitis B were used as controls. Results HDAg was mainly expressed in the nucleus of hepatocytes. The expression of HDAg and apoptotic cells were consistent with the degree of pathological damage (P <0.01). The majority of apoptotic cells were located at or near the HDAg positive site, and the difference in the distribution of hepatocyte apoptosis in various types of hepatitis was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the expression of HDAg and the distribution of hepatocyte apoptosis. Hepatocyte apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hepatitis
