Well-known educator Comenius said: The teacher’s mouth is a source, from where you can send streams of knowledge. Others say that the teacher’s language should be a string of pearls, a string of beautiful necklaces drawn from the divergent thinking of the students. In classroom teaching, language as the most effective and direct communication tool between teachers and students is the key to decide the success or failure of classroom teaching. The new curriculum standard points out that mathematics teaching activities, especially classroom teaching, should arouse interest of students, mobilize students’ enthusiasm, trigger students’ mathematical thinking, encourage students’ creative thinking and enable students to master appropriate mathematical learning methods.
