The connection of Type 200 and Type 500 optical fibers enables the transmission of wideband analog signals without the effects of strong electromagnetic fields. Both systems consist of a battery-operated transmission element, a signal fiber, a control fiber and a receiver operating on AC. Transmission components can shield up to 100kv / m electromagnetic pulse field or high-frequency pulsed field interference. The receiver is also shielded for use in environments with electromagnetic interference. The transmission element has a variety of functions that are achieved by controlling the distance between the fiber adjustment and the receiver.
