患者1男71岁主诉发现颈部淋巴结肿大1个月入院。现病史:1月前患者无意间发现颈部淋巴结肿大,无明显触痛,局部皮肤无红肿,呈进行性增大,以淋巴结肿大待查收入我科。患者患者自患病来,无发热,盗汗等症状,精神、体力、食欲睡眠可,二便如常,体重无明显变化。既往史:HBsAg(+)病史20年,未曾治疗。否认高血压、糖尿病、结核等其他疾病病史。个人史:生于邯郸市,久居于邯郸,无疫区居住史和疫水接触史,无毒物射线接触史。无吸烟饮酒嗜好。家族史:否认两系三代家族遗传性疾病病史。体格检查:颈部、腋窝、腹股沟均可触及花生米大小淋巴结,质中活动,无压痛,其他无明显阳性体征。入院予患者取左颈
