A stable political environment and a good public order environment are the basic prerequisites for rapid economic development. In order to realize the leapfrog economic development in Shaanxi Province, the public security organs at all levels in the province must take the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ as a guide and steadfastly do a good job in maintaining stability.
