最近,利用电子扫描探头的 B 型,C 型和F 型扫描的超声诊断系统已经成为临床诊断中最常用的超声设备。由于采用 C 型和 F 型扫描方式,可以获得不同于 B 型切面象的体内组织的切面图象,因为医生需要观察体内组织的三维图象,笔者研制出一种实时三维显示系统;先用坐标位移法检测出 B 型图象的边界,然后将这些图象叠加在一起,便可以实现对组织立体的三维观察。
