案例教学法已经广泛应用于高等院校的很多专业,案例教学法可以实现高校经管类专业经济法课程的教学目标和任务,培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,提高学生的学习兴趣。然而部分高校尚未充分认识案例教学,教师引导不到位,存在很多教条式的问题,导致学生参与的积极性不高,达不到相关教学预期效果。本文首先分析了经济法课程案例教学改革的意义,接下来指出经济法课程案例教学法教学改革中存在的问题,最后提出了案例教学法在经济法教学中应用的几点建议。
The case teaching method has been widely used in many majors in colleges and universities. The case teaching method can achieve the teaching objectives and tasks of economics and economics management course in colleges and universities, cultivate students ’ability to analyze and solve problems, and enhance students’ interest in learning. However, some colleges and universities have not yet fully recognized case teaching, teachers do not guide the place, there are many dogmatic problems, resulting in the enthusiasm of students participating is not high, the relevant teaching expected results are not reached. This paper first analyzes the significance of case teaching reform in the course of economic law, then points out the problems existing in the case teaching reform of economic law course, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the application of the case teaching method in the teaching of economic law.
