本方法为不受深色样品限制的回滴外推法和适于测定白色样品的直接滴定法。回滴外推法是用不同强度(pka值)的酸—环己烷溶液(三氯醋酸pka=0.88,氯乙酸pka=2.81,醋酸pka=4.73)与样品振荡反应后,以溴百里香酚兰为指示剂,用正丁胺滴定澄清液。直接滴定法是用不同酸强度函数Ho的Hammett指示剂,吸附在环己烷中的固体样品上,用三氯醋酸滴定至指示剂呈酸性色。
This method is a drop extrapolation method that is not constrained by dark samples and a direct titration method that is suitable for the determination of white samples. The drop-by-drop extrapolation method was carried out by oscillating the sample with an acid-cyclohexane solution of different strength (pka value) (pka = 0.88 for trichloroacetic acid, pka = 2.81 for chloroacetic acid, pka = 4.73 for acetic acid) As indicator, n-butylamine titration with clear liquid.
