作为社会性工作,医院档案管理工作对提升医院整体管理水平有着举足轻重的作用。医院应该加强医院档案管理工作的力度,充分发挥档案资料的价值,为病人提供更好的社会性服务。本文首先简要分析了医院提升档案管理工作质量的意义,然后对我国医院档案管理工作的现状进行分析,最后针对不足总结了提升医院档案管理质量的有效措施,以期为同行带来一些启发。
As a social work, the hospital file management work to enhance the overall management of the hospital has a pivotal role. Hospitals should strengthen the management of hospital records, give full play to the value of archival materials and provide better social services to patients. This paper first briefly analyzes the significance of the hospital to enhance the quality of the file management work, and then analyzes the status quo of the hospital file management in our country. Finally, the paper sums up the effective measures to improve the quality of the hospital file management for the sake of bringing some enlightenment to the colleague.
