经济安全成为制定国家发展战略的首要着眼点;随之而来的是国际秩序和国际关系中一系列引人注目的变化。经济安全在当今国际舞台上是日益受重视的热点问题,也是我国工作重心转到经济上后,对我国国家安全产生重大影响的战略问题。笔者试图对此作一个扼要的介绍。
Economic security has become the primary focus of formulating the national development strategy; what followed was a series of dramatic changes in the international order and in international relations. Economic security is an increasingly important issue in today’s international arena as well as a strategic issue that has a major impact on our national security after the focus of our work has shifted to the economy. I try to make a brief introduction to this.
