“整合社会力量,壮大未成年人工作队伍。”共青团中央书记处第一书记周强表示, 目前我国已经有20多万名志愿者加入到未成年人思想道德建设工作之中。周强介绍说,在加强中学团组织、中小学少先队组织和社区团、队组织建设的基础上,共青团中央充分发动社会各方面积极参与,建立社会化未成年人工作队伍。据介绍,共青团中央配合有关部门进一步加大培训中学团干部和少先队辅导员的工作力度,争取年内免费培训1500名基层少先队辅导员。在街道、城镇广泛建立社区少工委,鼓励有条件的农村小城镇和乡村进行少先队社区工作的探索。

Zhou Qiang said that on the basis of strengthening the organization of CYL organizations, elementary and junior high school young pioneers, and building of community organizations and teams, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League fully mobilized all sectors of society to take an active part in establishing a contingent of socialized minors. According to reports, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League cooperated with relevant departments to further intensify the training of junior high school cadres and junior pioneers counselors, and strive for free training of 1,500 grassroot Young Pioneers counselors during the year. In the streets, towns and cities have set up a wide range of working groups to encourage less qualified small towns and villages in the pioneer team to explore the community work.
