目的了解流动儿童预防接种情况。评价流动儿童管理效果,探讨相应管理策略。方法对2004～2010年汕头市城中村浔洄新村流动儿童接种内册进行调查总结。结果共调查流动儿童531名,其逐年接种人数、接种率有显著提高。结论做好流动儿童预防接种工作的管理,加大宣传力度,加强主动搜索,动员多部门协作,尽快实现预防接种信息化管理系统建设,实现信息共享是提高流动儿童接种率的有效途径。
Objective To understand the vaccination of migrant children. Evaluate the management effect of floating children and discuss the corresponding management strategies. Methods From 2004 to 2010, Shantou City, Village Chunsui migrant children inoculated within the investigation summary. Results A total of 531 migrant children were investigated. The number of children who were vaccinated annually increased significantly. Conclusion It is an effective way to improve the immunization coverage of migrant children by improving the management of vaccination for migrant children, increasing publicity efforts, strengthening active search, mobilizing multisectoral collaboration and building vaccination information management system as soon as possible.
