大学美术教育不单单是要培养画家、艺术家,更多的是要培养学生的审美能力和创新能力,为今后的工作和生活打下坚实的基础。但是当前我国的许多高校的美术教育差强人意,由于教育理念和教师队伍素质不高,致使许多学生综合素质和创新能力较差,不利于学生今后的发展。因此,必须加强大学美术教师队伍建设,重视学生综合素质的培养,培养出具有创新能力的优秀学生,提升大学美术教育的水平。
University art education is not only to train painters and artists, but also to cultivate students’ aesthetic ability and innovation ability so as to lay a solid foundation for future work and life. However, at present, many colleges and universities in our country are poorly endowed with fine arts education. Due to the low educational quality and the quality of teachers, many students have poor comprehensive qualities and ability to innovate, which is unfavorable to the students’ future development. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of college art teachers, attach importance to the cultivation of comprehensive quality of students, cultivate outstanding students with innovative abilities, and improve the level of art education in universities.
