在战争年代,良好的党群关系,是我们党的事业不断走向成功的关键。党在取得革命胜利、夺取全国政权以后,在执政条件下仍然保持了同广大人民群众的密切联系,赢得了人民群众的信赖和爱戴。然而,我们也应该看到,由于环境、地位和任务发生了很大变化,执政条件下尤其是改革开放条件下的党群关系也发生了新的变化。充分认识执政条件下党群关系的新变化在执政条件下,党群关系究竟发生了什么样的变化
