笔者最近了解到,一些企业单位通过知青门店的“途径”,不同程度的存在着转移企业收入的问题,从而减少企业利润或增加企业亏损,使国家和和集体财产造成不应有的损失。在此,呼吁有关部门加以制止。企业通过知青店转移收入的现象主要表现为:1、有对外劳务活动的城镇企事业单位,如供水供电企业等,他们在派出本企业的技术人员和职工对外进行架线、安装、维修等正常业务活动中,以知青门店的名义收取劳务费,把企业的劳务收入转到知青门店中去。
