推动城乡基本公共服务均等化,是实现社会公平正义的重要体现,也是建设和谐社会的重要任务。党的十八大报告明确提出城乡基本公共服务均等化总体实现的目标,这不仅是让城乡共享改革发展成果的具体体现,也是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措。对于改善民生,统筹城乡发展,分享改革成果,推动小康社会的建成具有十分重大的意义。
Promoting the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas is an important manifestation of realizing social fairness and justice and an important task in building a harmonious society. The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC made it clear that the goal of achieving an overall equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas is not only a concrete manifestation of sharing the fruits of reform and development between urban and rural areas but also an important measure to promote the modernization of the state governing system and governance capacity. It is of great significance for improving people’s livelihood, coordinating the development of urban and rural areas, sharing the fruits of reform, and promoting the building of a well-off society.
