近几年,随着公路系统改革的不断深入,养路费由交通系统单独征收变革为成品油消费税,逐步取消公路收费站,公路人的思想观念、价值取向、利益模式和行为方式都发生了巨大的变化。公路系统思想政治工作的环境、任务、内容、对象等也发生了根本的改变。因此,公路系统广大思想政治工作者必须紧贴实际,与时俱进,重点在观念、内容、载体、手段、队伍等方面进行大胆的创新。
