颗粒原种在食用菌生产中充分显示了它的优越性,主要体现在四个方面:①发菌时间短,菌龄趋于一致,只要掌握适时转接,可明显提高产量;②原料易得,谷粒、玉米粒、稻谷等都可应用;③菌丝耐老化,可适当延长存放时间,缓解栽培种制作的紧迫性;④菌丝容量大制种效率高,减少用工量.近年来,颗粒种的制作常有报道,但工艺过程繁琐,有些环节不易掌握.笔者根据几年来制种情况,提出以下几点建议.
