随着社会的不断发展与人民生活水平的不断提高,我党将全面构建和谐社会作为现阶段发展的重大任务,构建和谐社会就是要建设“民主法治、公平正义、人与自然和谐相处”的一种良性互动的社会。它要求我们必须把大局的要求作为现阶段工作的重点,不断改善人民群众的生活条件和工作环境。构建和谐社会这一战略目标同时也要求我党在进行社会主义现代化建设时要不断与社会主义文化和民主政治进行融合,进而共同建设和社会主义和谐社会建设的要求在内的有机整体布局,实现为人民服务的我党这一纲领。这既体现了这一时期科学发展观的要求,同时也体现着我党执法为民、以人为本的总体要求。总而言之,构建社会主义和谐社会是我党在现阶段发展任务中所面临的新要求,要切实落实和发展。
