一年之计在于春,一日之计在于晨;国家的未来在于青年,律师行业的未来属于现在的青年律师。随着中国法制的进步,律师在社会中的作用愈显重要,但与此同时,法律服务市场竞争的日益激烈使入行时间短、经验少、人脉稀薄的青年律师感到生存、发展的艰难。这一现象已经引起司法行政部门和行业协会的重视。换言之,在改善外部环境的同时,青年律师也应自信、自立、自强,让年轻成为进步的财富和动力。为行业的未来计,本刊在2010年的第一期推出关于青年律师发展的报道和文章,希望对青年律师的发展有所裨益。
