供电企业电力营销客户经理岗位,一直是廉政风险防范的重点岗位。廉政风险是指客户经理在业扩报装过程中,通过掌握的权利和资源发生腐败的可能性。当前形势下,随着“三集五大”体系建设的深化,以及电力市场开放程度的加剧,客户经理岗位的廉政风险也进一步加大。如何从基本业务流程入手,进行有效的风险点辨识,制定风险评估和预控体系,从而杜绝岗位廉政风险,是一项值得深入研究
