目的 :研究大肠癌发生过程中不同病理阶段 (增生性息肉、腺瘤和腺癌 )抗凋亡基因Survivin的表达情况。方法 :应用免疫组化SABC法检测 12例正常大肠黏膜、6例增生性息肉、2 2例腺瘤和 32例腺癌的石蜡标本中Survivin表达情况。结果 :Survivin在正常大肠黏膜无 1例表达 ,在增生性息肉、腺瘤和腺癌中的阳性率分别为 16 .7% (1/ 6 )、77.3% (17/ 2 2 )和 6 8.8% (2 2 / 32 ) ;大肠腺癌组和大肠腺瘤组中Survivin表达显著高于正常大肠黏膜组和增生性息肉组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;大肠腺瘤组Survivin表达高于大肠癌组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :Survivin基因在大多数大肠腺瘤和腺癌中表达 ;Survivin的过度表达是大肠上皮癌变过程的早期事件之一。
Objective: To study the expression of anti-apoptotic gene Survivin in different pathological stages (proliferative polyps, adenoma and adenocarcinoma) during the development of colorectal cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of Survivin in 12 specimens of normal colorectal mucosa, 6 cases of hyperplastic polyps, 2 cases of adenoma and 32 cases of adenocarcinoma. Results: The positive expression rate of Survivin in normal colorectal mucosa was 16.7% (1/6), 77.3% (17/2 2) and 6 8.8% (2/32). The expression of Survivin in colorectal adenocarcinoma and colorectal adenoma was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa and proliferative polyp (P <0.05). The expression of Survivin in colorectal adenoma was higher than that in colorectal carcinoma Group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Survivin gene is expressed in most of colorectal adenomas and adenocarcinomas. Survivin overexpression is one of the early events in carcinogenesis of large intestinal epithelium.
