进行了7组室内试验,研究材料选择、矿物掺合料、化学外加剂等因素对超流态混凝土的性能和抗压强度的影响,得出胶凝材料用量应不小于510 kg/m~3;适量掺加粉煤灰和磨细矿渣,不仅可以大大提高混凝土的密度,显著改善混凝土的工作性能及抗裂性;采用BFJ-1型高效减水剂掺量为总量的0.8%~1.5%为宜。研究结果能够指导施工,为超流态混凝土的推广提供依据。
Seven laboratory tests were carried out to study the effects of material selection, mineral admixtures and chemical admixtures on the properties and compressive strength of superfluid concrete. The results show that the amount of cementitious material should be not less than 510 kg / m ~ 3 ; Addition of appropriate amount of fly ash and ground slag, not only can greatly increase the density of concrete, significantly improve the performance of concrete and crack resistance; using BFJ-1 superplasticizer dosage of 0.8% of the total amount of 1.5 % Is appropriate. The results can guide the construction and provide the basis for the promotion of superfluid concrete.
