班主任是一个班集体的组织者、领导者和教育者,是联系校内各种教育管理部门的纽带,是沟通学校教育、社会教育和家庭教育的桥梁。面对中等职校目前的生源状况,班主任工作在实践工作中要难得多。本文将深入分析“90后”职校生的特征作为切入点,通过阐述班主任工作方法,希望能对职校班主任工作的理论研究和实践有一定帮助。
Class teacher is a class collective organizers, leaders and educators, is to contact the various education management school ties, is to bridge the school education, social education and family education. In the face of the current student status of secondary vocational schools, the teacher in charge of class work in the practice is much more difficult. This paper will analyze in depth the characteristics of post-90s vocational school students as a starting point. Through elaborating on the working methods of the class teacher, I hope that it will be helpful to the theoretical research and practice of the head teachers in vocational schools.
