目的探讨整体护理在冠状动脉搭桥术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取2011年1月至2014年6月长春市中心医院收治的102例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。两组患者均行冠状动脉搭桥术,术后对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施整体护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠状动脉搭桥术后患者实施整体护理,可明显提高患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the value of holistic nursing in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 102 patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January 2011 to June 2014 in Changchun Central Hospital were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. The two groups of patients underwent coronary artery bypass grafting. The patients in the control group were given routine care. The patients in the observation group were given overall nursing care on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing for patients after coronary artery bypass grafting can significantly improve the treatment effect and satisfaction of patients.
