随着社会主义市场经济的不断推进,社会对技术型人才的需求越来越高,由此推动了中等职业教育的快速发展。职校学生因其自身素质及构成比例等问题,管理难度相对较大。作为一名职校班主任,在新的社会条件下如何创新地开展班级管理工作,创建良好的班集体,是职业教育发展和实施素质教育具有重要现实意义和深远历史意义的课题。本人就几年来的职校班主任工作经历作一理论尝试和实践探索,力求为新时期职业学校班主任工作寻找一个新的思路和突破口。
With the continuous promotion of the socialist market economy, the demand for skilled personnel in the society is getting higher and higher, thus promoting the rapid development of secondary vocational education. Vocational school students because of their own quality and composition ratio and other issues, management is relatively difficult. As a class teacher, how to innovate class management and create a good class collective under the new social conditions is a topic of great practical significance and far-reaching historic significance for the development and implementation of quality education in vocational education. I have tried my best to make a theoretical attempt and practical exploration on the work experience of class teachers in vocational schools over the past few years, and strive to find a new way of thinking and breakthrough for class teachers in vocational schools in the new era.
