新课改在我校已实行了几年,其实我们总是不放心,穿新鞋走老路。学校几次组织外出学习才是大家感悟到新课改的教学模式好,将课堂还给学生,让学生在课堂的天地里,充分施展自己的才华,成为要学、会学的主人翁,营造高效率的课堂,当前我们白水中学课堂教学改革才真正实施。我校提出:必须“先学后教,当堂训练,当堂达标”理念、课堂教学“参与面、练习面、教育面”三面教育教学观,按照“预、议、导、练”四步教学法,教师积极实践,
