我们将吴氏下位法加以改良,设计了一种消融方法,称改良下位法,并与吴氏下位法进行了比较。改良下位法消融41例,吴氏下位法消融10例。改良下位法不插冠状窦电极,在后前位透视下,大头导管从希氏束下方1cm处逐渐移向冠状窦口反复消融。射频发放时间与能量采用渐增法。结果:改良下位法与吴氏下位法复发率分别为3%和20%(P<0.05);X线暴露时间分别为24±18min和,38±2Omin(P<0.05),操作时间分别为115±38min和164±40min(P<0.05),成功率分别为95%和90%(P>0.05)。
