我国企业走向国际经济舞台,兴办海外投资企业,已成为我国经济对外开放向纵深发展的一种趋势,一个标志。1987年7月,常熟丙纶厂联合中国科学院化学研究所技术发展公司、浙江海宁县化纤厂共同到泰国成功地创办了江苏省首家乡镇国外投资企业—泰国丝特(集团)有限公司。通过对常熟丙纶厂到泰国办厂实践的总结,笔者认为:乡镇企业顺应经济发展的客观规律和企业发展的内在需要,到国外
China’s enterprises have entered the international economic arena and set up overseas investment enterprises. This has become a trend for the development of China’s economy opening up to depth, a sign. In July 1987, Changshu Polypropylene Plant jointly with the Institute of Chemical Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Haining County Chemical Fiber Plant jointly went to Thailand to successfully establish the first township foreign investment enterprise in Thailand—Thailand (Group) Co., Ltd. By summarizing the practice of Changshu Polypropylene Plant to Thailand, the author believes that: Township and village enterprises comply with the objective laws of economic development and the inherent needs of the development of enterprises, and go abroad.
