多年来在小儿病诊疗工作中,感到小儿药量的计算法虽多,但尚无一能完全令人满意的,总希望有一个更好的方法能节省些诊断时间,因此每当余暇的时候这个问题即在脑海中出现,经过参考已知的通用算法,如杨氏(Young)法,克氏(Clark)法,斐氏(Fried)法,老氏(Craw-fard)法,柯氏(Cowling)法,周氏法,中国药典法,考氏(Gowbius)法等和我国文献中,儿童年龄和一般体重情况的分析,发现其中有体重(公斤)=2×小儿年龄+8的大概关系及一般成人平均体重约为60公斤,因此结合数学的原理,得出了下面这样的两个快速算式:
