城市规划是一个城市的发展大计,也是城市发展的蓝图和城市管理的依据。只有科学规划,才能准确定位城市的发展方向、规模和布局,统筹安排各项工作。由于经济社会的快速发展,特别是重庆直辖以来,石柱县城市建设发生了翻天覆地的变化,城市化水平达到了一个新的高度,但相对城市建设的快速发展,城市规划的不合理性也日渐显露。城市规划滞后于城市建设,在一定程度上影响了城市的可持续发展。一、石柱县城市规划建设中存在的问题
