南京炼油厂第二套常减压装置于1980年分两期进行了节能改造。改造中采用以下措施,取得预期效果。 (1)减压塔顶用阶梯环填料代替原有的圆形泡帽塔盘,使这段塔压力降由15~16毫米汞柱减少到3~6毫米汞柱。
The second set of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units in Nanjing Refinery was retrofitted in two phases in 1980. In the transformation, the following measures were adopted to achieve the expected result. (1) The pressure reducing tower top ring packing instead of the original round bubble cap tray, so that the tower pressure drop from 15 to 16 mm Hg reduced to 3 to 6 mm Hg.
