我们用高速摄影方法,对单一空化气泡的乳化过程进行了实验研究。结果表明:(1)两种基本形式的乳化均发生在空化气泡完全闭合的瞬刻,由此得出,乳化的发生是由于空化气泡完全闭合的瞬刻在液体中产生的骇波作用的结果;(2)对于A-B两液相,如在A相中产生空化,则主要形成A/B型乳化。据此,与所推想的“抽吸”模型不同。我们把空化乳化过程的物理图象归之为“挤压”模型。
We used the high-speed photography method to experimentally study the emulsification process of a single cavitation bubble. The results show that: (1) Both of the basic forms of emulsification occur at the moment when the cavitation bubbles are completely closed. It is concluded that the emulsification occurs due to the action of the sea wave in the liquid due to the instantaneous closure of cavitation bubbles ; (2) For the two liquid phases AB, A / B emulsions are predominantly formed if cavitation occurs in the A phase. As a result, it is different from the supposed “smoking” model. We attribute the physical image of cavitation emulsification to a “squeeze” model.
