本刊去年刊出《聋人工作任重道远》一文后,受到各地残联及热心聋人工作的同志的关注。聋人工作中一些问题仍有待于进一步研讨。关于聋人犯罪问题的报道与评论,屡屡见于各类报刊。本刊亦曾有过报道。今再刊出森严同志的《试论聋人犯罪的特点、原因和对策》一文,作者多年研究聋人工作,有丰富工作经验和切身体会,对聋人犯罪的主要特点、原因及不断升级的实际情况和预防对策,比较详尽地谈出自己的见解,可供各地残联、聋协及热心聋人工作的同志参考。本文对聋人因下岗待业后所遭遇的困难和聋人再就业工作如何开展等多数聋人及其亲属所关心的问题,尚未提及。解决好这方面的问题也是预防聋人犯罪的一个重要方面,因为只有解决了再就业问题才能使这部分人生活得到稳定并逐步提高。我们期待各地有关人士及热心聋人工作的朋友,提供这方面的稿件,择优刊出,共同探讨。

We look forward to the friends from all over the world who are enthusiastic about deaf work and provide manuscripts in this respect, which are preferentially published and discussed jointly.
