目的:研究健康教育对精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法:选取精神分裂症患者64例,分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上进行健康教育,对照组患者仅采用常规护理,比较两组患者疾病知识了解情况、精神症状及满意度评价。结果:两组患者干预前BPRS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),出院时,实验组患者的BPRS评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者的疾病知识了解评分高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患者中有32例(100%)满意,对照组患者中有28例(87.5%)满意,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将健康教育应用于精神分裂症患者的治疗中,可以提高患者对疾病的了解及满意度,促进患者的康复。
Objective: To study the effect of health education on the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients. Methods: Sixty-four schizophrenic patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received health education on the basis of routine nursing. The control group received routine nursing only. The knowledge of illness, psychiatric symptoms And satisfaction evaluation. Results: There was no significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). At discharge, the BPRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); the score of disease knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). In the experimental group, 32 patients (100%) were satisfied, while 28 patients (87.5%) in the control group were satisfied, and the experimental group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of health education in the treatment of schizophrenia patients can improve the patient’s understanding of the disease and satisfaction, and promote patient rehabilitation.
