内罐在地震工况下的稳定性设计是大型液化天然气(LNG)储罐设计的核心技术之一。以国内某LNG项目储罐的地震参数和内罐的特征尺寸为例,基于国际相关标准给出的地震工况下基础剪切力计算、水平滑动校核、倾覆力矩计算、内罐稳定性判断等相关公式,在假设不安装锚固带的情况下,对地震工况下内罐的稳定性进行分析,结果表明:若不采取有效措施,内罐将产生竖向抬升现象。对国际上常用的两种保护措施进行比较,指出相对于安装锚固带的方法,采用加大内罐底边缘环形板尺寸的方法在施工便利和节约材料等方面更有优势。
The stability design of the inner tank under seismic conditions is one of the core technologies for the design of large liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks. Taking the seismic parameters of an LNG storage tank and the characteristic dimensions of the inner tank as an example, based on the relevant international standards, the basic shear force calculation, horizontal slide check, overturning moment calculation and inner tank stability judgment under seismic conditions are given And other related formulas, the stability of the inner tank under earthquake conditions is analyzed under the assumption of no anchorage zone. The results show that the vertical rise of the inner tank will occur if no effective measures are taken. Compared with the two commonly used protective measures in the world, it is pointed out that the method of increasing the size of the annular plate at the bottom edge of the inner tank has more advantages in terms of construction convenience and material saving compared with the method of installing the anchor belt.
