安徽１３小麦是安徽省农科院作物研究所选育的优质、高产、多抗小麦新品种。春性，单产５２５０ｋｇ／ｈｍ２，适宜淮北中、南部及淮南麦区中等以上肥力田块种植。株高９５ｃｍ左右，茎秆弹性好，抗倒伏。穗纺锤形，长芒，白壳，白粒，千粒重４５～５０ｇ。粗蛋白质含量１７．３％，湿面筋含量４８％，面条评分９２分，色泽９分。高抗白粉病和条、叶锈病，中抗赤霉病，根系发达，落黄好，熟期适中。适宜播期１０月２０日～１１月１０日，基本苗２７０～３００万／ｈｍ２
