目的:探讨局部应用糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂布地奈德(Budesonide)治疗慢性非变应性鼻炎(NAR)的临床效果。方法:对42例慢性NAR患者,应用鼻腔内鼻喷雾剂布地奈德局部治疗8周,每次每侧鼻孔内喷入64μg,2个鼻孔共128μg,早晚各1次。并做症状及体征分级记分。结果:治疗后各项症状及体征评分均有下降,其中治疗后1周与治疗前比较,流涕、鼻痒、头晕、头痛等症状差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后8周与治疗前比较,鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、闭塞性鼻音、头晕、头痛等症状差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部应用布地奈德可不同程度地改善慢性NAR患者的临床症状。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of topical glucocorticoid nasal spray budesonide in the treatment of chronic non-allergic rhinitis (NAR). Methods: Forty-two patients with chronic NAR were treated with budesonide, an intranasal nasal spray, for 8 weeks. Each time, 64 μg of nostril was injected into each nostril, and 128 μg of the two nostrils were injected into the nasal cavity one time sooner or later. And make symptoms and signs of grading. Results: All the symptoms and signs decreased after treatment. Among them, the symptoms of runny nose, itchy nose, dizziness, headache and other symptoms were statistically significant at 1 week after treatment (P <0.05); after 8 weeks Compared with before treatment, nasal congestion, runny nose, nasal itching, nasal obstruction, dizziness, headache and other symptoms were significantly different (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Topical budesonide may improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic NAR to varying degrees.
